Due to our expansion plans in Portugal, we are looking to hire a Business Manager with experience in Energy and Utilities to support and manage the growth of the Digital Transformation and/or Business Process Management (BPO) business.

What will you do?

  • Identify the customer ́s needs in this industry, understand their requirements and collaborate in the definition of the value proposition.
  • Support business development activities and sales teams.
  • Supervision and Management of the Energy and Utility services that are achieved in the previous point.

What do we expect:

  • Previous experience in working, building, and presenting a value proposition in Energy and Utilities sector.
  • Previous experience in the implementation of Digital Transformation projects and/or BPO, as well as corporate strategy.
  • Business process and team management skills.
  • Goaloriented and customer focused.
  • Positive attitude and high level of emotion intelligence.
  • Active listening and resilience.
  • Assertiveness and persuasion skills never give up attitude
  • Ability to manage complex situations.
  • Excellent leadership and negotiating skills
  • Fluency in Portuguese Language both written and spoken.
  • Good command of English language nice to have
