Description Requisitos:
Licenciatura em Engenharia de Software ou Engenharia informática ou similar;Excelente capacidade de comunicação escrita e verbal;Capacidade de trabalho em ambiente colaborativo e com equipas globais;Capacidade de análise crítica e focada em resolução de problemas; Compromisso de qualidade de entregas;Conhecimentos do mercado Energy & Utilities e RGPD; Conhecimentos da metodologia Agile, ferramenta JIRA e Confluence (valorizados);Conhecimento de idiomas (escrito e oral): inglês (obrigatório), português (Obrigatório); Conhecimentos avançados das técnicas de Enterprise Architecture; Experiência na utilização modelos de capacidades;Capacidade para produzir apresentações a nível executivo;Autonomia para conduzir workshops com o negócio;Capacidade para elaborar business cases de negócio para sustentar junto da gestão de topo;Experiência em mais de 20 projetos de arquitetura a nível mais estratégico;Liderança de mais de 3 projetos de arquitetura a nível mais estratégico.
TarefasRevisão da arquitetura de recursos humanos e shared services;Arquitetura de Referência para uma área de negócio, incluindo tecnologias a serem consideradas globalmente;Definição de Golden Rules;Desenvolvimento de GAP analysis entre as soluções existentes e a Arquitetura de Referência;Definição do Transformation roadmap;Estimativa de impactos financeiros.
