French or/and Italian Speaking Customer Finance Associate

In this vital role you will need to have Knowledge of basic principles, methods, and practices of professional field of Customer Finance and Accounts Receivables to monitoring Accounts Receivables though partnering.


Other responsibilities will include:

  • Perform cash collections activities planning, implementing and proper followup in collaboration with internal and external customers and manage credit risk.
  • Administer cash receipts and properly document SOX requirements on a timely manner.
  • Record all transactions according to local accounting principles, corporate instructions and procedures/policies.
  • Proactively gather cash forecast for regional Key Accounts and Work actively in collection area.
  • Perform Credit Management on customers in dedicated regions/areas also credit. worthiness analysis including credit limit monitoring.
  • Keep customer master records up to date and ensure clean AR ledgers.
  • Sales orders handling in compliance with CF Policy and Amgen values and suggest improvement on policies and procedures within SSC as well as on processes (Customer Finance related and cross functional).

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Finance, Economy or work in similar position.
  • 2 +/ years' experience in accounting, budgeting, controlling, and planning.
  • Knowledge of basic principles, methods, and practices of professional field of Customer Finance and Accounts Receivables.
  • Maintains of tracks and produces regular and ad hoc reports also collects required documentation; verifies conformance of documents with standard.
  • User of Office Programs as SAP, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English and French or Italian, both in written and oral communication.
