  • FRESH is the new IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and timetomarket. FRESH is a new worldwide organizational model that will contribute to tackle major challenges of the Group's transformation of today and tomorrow, building the best offering to the Finance and Risk Community through a progressive rotation to new technologies and best practices.

FRESH organization is the outcome of several convergences:
between the Project & Systems teams of Group Finance, CIB Finance and RISK and their related IT teams.

FRESH is part of the ITG organization (ITG in Europe and ITO overseas) with a threefold sponsorship by ITG, Finance and RISK (CIB-ITO; RISK Solutions and ITG-FIT).


  • Fronting team located in Lisbon is in charge of administration and production support of accounting backoffice tools (input and control accounting tools), user support and tools availability communication towards users
  • In addition, the team will be the first level of support (Ticketing/Rerouting) for all Finance & Risk.
  • The Team:
  • Ensure follow the sun Business Support on the tool's usage and incidents.
  • Regular dialogue with Production reporting stakeholders.
  • Regular dialogue with Project stakeholders.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Work in a collaboration mode with all team members of Fronting team and the Team Leader;
  • Contribute, Create and maintain team meetings and deadlines for all team projects;
  • Contribute, Create and maintain management dashboards (KPI and others reporting);
  • Help the team in their recurrent tasks and controls.

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Educational background: Business School, Engineer or Master in Information Technology;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint;
  • Fluent in English (B2 Level minimum) mandatory
  • Client care
  • Problem solving and action / change management oriented
  • Strong interpersonal communication (spoken and written) and Customer orientation skills
  • Proactive behavior regarding the ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment
  • At ease with multitasking
