Job Description:

Ensures compliance to Project Environmental procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Resource will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct support to the Project Construction team.
  • Ensuring that the operational activities are carried out in compliance with relevant Project Environmental policies and procedures
  • Monitoring the correct collection, transport and disposal of wastes in accordance with Local regulation, Company requirements and Project HSE Policy;
  • Emergency Response Teams are trained and prepared to cope with Emergencies including as oil spill.
  • Collaborate in audits and visits from clients and authorities
  • Supervise the compliance with the necessary environmental permits
  • Supervise the compliance with environmental legal and contractual requirements in projects

Work Experience and education requirements:

  • The job holder should have at least 3 years' experience in an Environmental role

Soft Skills and Competencies:

  • English Language (B2 Level or equivalent)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
