Our headquarters are in Los Angeles, California, but we are a truly global company with team-members across the U.S., Europe, South America, Africa, and Asia/Pacific.

fully remote working platform so that we can attract the world's best talent.

All roles at The/Studio are 100% remote from anywhere in the world, as long as you have all your tools and a fast, stable internet connection

The Role*:

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage complex, crossfunctional strategic and operational projects as needed, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and timely delivery.
  • Serve as the connective tissue for crossfunctional teams (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Finance, People, and other internal groups, etc.), fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and guiding teams towards shared objectives.
  • Inspire teams to challenge the status quo, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Streamline processes to increase productivity and minimize errors.
  • Manage and evaluate the performance of the operations team, providing regular feedback, coaching, and guidance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

About You:

  • Proven experience in operations management within an ecommerce, manufacturing, or fulfillment environment. Experience working with a startup is ideal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a resultsoriented approach.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain management principles, including procurement, production planning, and inventory control.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and datadriven mindset, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive operational improvements.
  • Fluency in articulating thoughts and processes both verbal and written
  • Remoteready: owns a desktop/laptop with at least 8GB of RAM, noisecanceling headset, and a stable internet connection with at least 20mbps speed, with a quiet space to take calls
