Position: Strategic Consultant

Exciting opportunity to work as a strategic consultant at Capgemini Engineering. In this role, you will collaborate with clients from diverse industries, tackling complex business challenges. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth research, developing innovative solutions, and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders. You will work alongside a talented team that supports your professional growth and development.

  • Understand the client's context, goals, and needs to define project scope.
  • Gather and synthesize relevant data and insights.
  • Apply analytical tools to test solutions.
  • Create clear deliverables like reports and presentations.
  • Communicate findings persuasively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage project timeline, budget, and resources effectively.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and external parties.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in business, economics, or engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting or related roles.
  • Experience in Transformation Projects and implementing product strategy.
  • Proven track record in advising senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Office, Jira, Power BI.
  • Passion for innovation and new technologies.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Position based in Lisbon with a Hybrid work model.
