Adjunto de Direção para a área de
LAGOS - ALGARVE.
Função:
- Acompanhamento direto às equipas de consultores;
- Ativação de imóveis nos diversos portais e CRM da empresa assim como garantia da sua respetiva qualidade;
- Report de atividades dos consultores ao Team Leader;
- Ajudar no bom funcionamento das equipas;
- Gestão de pedidos, registos de informação e acompanhamento das equipas comerciais;
- Apoio em todos os processos de gestão de escritório.
Requirements:
Requisitos Obrigatórios:
- Perfil dinâmico e proactivo;
- Excelentes competências organizacionais;
- Forte capacidade de comunicação e empatia;
- Boa apresentação e imagem cuidada;
- Elevado sentido de responsabilidade, dinamismo e forte orientação para o cliente;
- Formação nas áreas de Comunicação, Turismo, Relações Públicas ou áreas relacionadas, e/ ou experiência profissional relevante para a função;
- Disponibilidade e motivação para exercer as suas funções num ambiente de entreajuda e trabalho em equipa;
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar 1 vez por mês aos sábados de manhã;
- Damos prioridade a quem tem disponibilidade imediata
