We are currently looking to recruit a

Learning & Development Trainee for the

Operational Excellence team.

You will be responsible to:

• Provide support to the training delivery activities (e.g. logistics, communication, training calendar);
• Anticipate and escalate roadblocks in order to prevent deviations to the training plan;
• Manage and support external and/or internal training endtoend;
• Support the team in the design and delivery of training and development solutions through the execution of operational activities.
• Preparation of reporting or data required for L&D team projects;
• Previous experience in HR related roles (internships included) will be considered a plus;
• Good communication skills (written and verbal);
• Fluency in English is a requirement;
