The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Designing business plans in line with Company's strategy and objectives.
  • All general office administration functions and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
  • Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for any general office and/or facility related concern.
  • Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible.
  • Supporting
- boarding/off-boarding of staff.

  • Developing and communicating internal guidelines and best practices with respect to your overall responsibilities.
The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Business Manager / Chief of Staff or Office Manager role, ideally within the Professional Services industry.
  • You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You can work with minimal supervision and
- task effectively.

  • You possess excellent communication and
- facing skills, are organised and able to
- task effectively.

  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
