Your Mission

  • Implementing, maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing systems;
  • Work closely with stakeholders from internal departments, translating their needs to technical changes that are feasible on our systems and for the business;
  • Communicate with leaders and employees to determine their system requirements;
  • Troubleshoot technical issues;
  • Improve the setups, configurations and tools to provide the best experience for the frontline operations supporting our merchants;
  • Investigate and implement new features that improve our systems, along with creating and maintaining clear documentation;
  • Assist the implementation of new pilots of our systems along with Innovation Ops, guaranteeing that the best practices are properly adopted;
  • Supporting the Global Customer Operations team to be more productive, and efficient, and create an overall better experience for our merchants;
  • Meeting with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and IT/Tech team to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent;
  • Reporting back on all improvements, setbacks, pain points, needs, requirements, flows, and procedures;
  • Keep track of fixtures and updates, along with communicating these transparently with our Global Frontline and our Learning & Development team;
  • Communicate with frontline operations to create business rules and automation that are effective, flexible, scalable, and simplify their work;
  • Helping different teams through training sessions and workshops on the system and operational processes;
  • Creating and maintaining processes' documentation effectively along with identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement in terms of Systems' structure and architecture;

Your Story

  • Background in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent);
  • 2+ years of professional working experience;
  • Someone who thrives in developing innovative, stateoftheart products that surpass the latest advances in the field;
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills;
  • Ability to think creatively and insightfully about business problems;
