Your working day:

  • Content Reviewers working on our Chatbot team are responsible for reviewing Chat Bot's text
- based answers that were flagged by users as not okay, by using the policies & guidelines to decide if the answers were offensive/dangerous.

  • You will visually review textbased content and escalate violations of Client policies using internal tools.
  • On this project you might review content that ranges from mild to very sensitive topics such as but not limited to profanity, hate speech or violence.
  • We have programs in place such as the Feel Good Wellness 360 Program and detach hours to ensure you have the supports in place should you need them.
  • Attention to detail and quick decisionmaking skills are key for success in this role as the tasks can be quite repetitive.

What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job:

  • Fluent in Swahili with good English
  • Content Moderator experience
  • Great communication

You will benefit:
