Accounts Receivable Clerk - Italian speaker.

What does your day-to-day in this role look like:

  • Perform bank reconciliations and administration, while also reconciling payments with invoices and resolving any discrepancies swiftly

Customer Communication: Engage with customers to resolve billing issues and ensure satisfaction, while collaborating with internal teams for a seamless service experience
-
Collections: Oversee and manage overdue accounts, implement collection strategies to reduce receivables, and work with internal teams to resolve payment disputes
-
Reporting: Generate concise accounts receivable reports, analyze trends for insights, and suggest enhancements to financial processes

  • Requirements_

What do you need to be successful at this job?
- bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field preferred

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or finance
  • Proficiency in Italian (Minimum B2) and English (B2)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Proactive problem solver with a cando attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
