In Portugal we operate through a network of 80 Minisom shops distributed throughout the country, thanks to our passionate and dedicated 250 employees who give back the joy of hearing, feeling, and living to our customers.

Our main office is located in Paço de Arcos, in the Lisbon/Oeiras area.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director (Rita Espírito Santo), the
Marketing Analyst is the reference person for the optimization of the marketing activities of the company, more specifically
:Specific activities and responsibilities:

  • Regular review of business performances and marketing spending, based on analysis of company's KPIs and Financial figures, as well as exogenous factors
  • Build, maintain and improve BI reports for different stakeholders
  • Deploy advanced analytical solutions to increase the understanding of key business dynamics, and improve Marketing effectiveness
  • Support the delivery of local projects within marketing, working together with regional and global colleagues
  • Mine and analyze data from multiple databases to drive optimization and improvement of business insights
  • Champion a datadriven approach within the marketing spectrum

Related Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • BsC/MsC degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing or other quantitative field, ideally
  • Previous relevant experience (14 years approx.) in working with large data sets and building statistical models and dashboards
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and Excel
  • Strong inclination to data analysis combined with the same attention and focus to the business impacts
  • Critical thinking, strong analytical skills combined with a very good business acumen
  • Ability to deep dive into details, connecting the dots and building the big picture
  • Ability to cope effectively with different roles and cultures across the organization
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
