About the Position:
We are expanding our Professional Services team and inviting you to join us as a Business Analyst.
In this role, you will collaborate with external stakeholders to gather and analyze feedback on the services or products offered. You will also liaise with internal colleagues to comprehend clients' requirements. We are committed to ensuring that you acquire new skills and enjoy a dynamic and interactive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with multiple stakeholders
- Presenting to various audiences, at times serving as a mediator between parties
- Acting as a Business Analyst on diverse IT project deliveries
- Thriving on devising simple solutions for complex issues swiftly
- Adhering to deadlines and upholding high-quality standards
- Grasping information technology
Qualifications:
- Demonstrating high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Paying attention to detail and effectively multitasking in a deadline-driven setting
- Remaining open-minded and eager to learn
- Exhibiting responsibility and dynamism
- Possessing a Master's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT
- Displaying a strong interest in business and business development
- Having a passion for driving initiatives forward
- Being available for international travel
Duties:
Taking an end-to-end approach to managing access to e-banking services requested by users, involving interactions with Front Office, clients/users, and the Enablement team. This necessitates client presentations coordinated with the Distribution team. Additionally, liaising with internal colleagues to grasp departmental and organizational requirements.
