missão apoiar transversalmente as operações dos Serviços Corporativos na identificação e implementação de projetos, gestão de contratos e análise dos indicadores de gestão e faturação

, pretende recrutar um

Contract Management Specialist.

Descritivo de funções:

Gestão Contratual:

  • Acompanhar e monitorizar o portfólio de contratos da Direção e respetivos prazos de vigência;
  • Garantir o controlo da faturação mensal versus valores adjudicados em contrato;
  • Apoiar as áreas operacionais nos processos de consulta a mercado endtoend, assegurando a revisão e harmonização dos documentos da consulta de acordo com o Manual de Compras do Grupo EDP;
  • Monitorizar os indicadores de qualidade de serviço e controlar a necessidade de aplicação de penalidades contratuais;
  • Elaborar o plano de Procurement anual da Direção;
  • Acompanhar a avaliação anual de fornecedores da Direção;
  • Disponibilizar informação de gestão às várias áreas da Direção sobre a gestão dos contratos.

Atividades Transversais e Iniciativas:

  • Identificar e implementar iniciativas de melhoria;
  • Acompanhar e implementar projetos transversais;
  • Produzir apresentações de suporte à tomada de decisão.
Que tipo de perfil procuramos?

  • Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia ou outra área desde que possua experiência relevante para a função;
  • Experiência entre 2 e 5 anos nas áreas de gestão contratual e/ou compras;
  • Domínio obrigatório do Microsoft Office, nomeadamente Excel Avançado e Word;
  • Domínio obrigatório do Português e Inglês;
  • Valorizase:
  • Conhecimentos de SAP e princípios gerais de Direito; Orientação para o cliente e foco na melhoria contínua de processos;
  • Forte orientação para os resultados e cumprimento de prazos;
  • Pensamento analítico, atenção ao detalhe e rigor na execução;
  • Boa capacidade de relacionamento com os outros e gosto pelo trabalho em equipa.
