About the role In your role, you will be responsible for securing and controlling quality in primary cost, mainly for time registration consultants within Essity Global IT.

This means an end-to-end process starting with securing the financial masterdata in the purchase process and ending with creation of accruals for the monthly closing.

Your main stakeholders will be the Business Partners in the Finance team, line managers, Accpay team, Procurement support team, consultants and vendors.

Located in our Munich, Lisbon or Gothenburg office, the Business C ontrolling A nalyst will report to the Senior Business Controller in Gothenburg.

Want to get a glimpse of our culture? Check out our Essence of Essity film here What You Will Do Handling monthly closings in line with finance calendar: invoices, accruals, quality checks and possible repostings and upload of hours.

Collaborate acrossvarious stakeholderswithin GDBS and other Essity units
Fulfill ad-hoc requests from different function groups in a timely manner
Creation and mainteance of master data for external consultants
Being part of potential improvement projects for the tasks that you are involved in

You have /are :
Previous experience from a similar role
University degree or other relevant education in Finance, Economics , or similar field
Advanced excel skills
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Swedish is considered an advantage.
Experience in SAP is an advantage
