Arbejdsopgaver

  • Yde kundesupport til kunder (via telefon, email og chat)
  • Kommunikere klart og påpasseligt med alle kunder
  • Sikre et højt serviceniveau og kundetilfredshed
  • Skabe muligheder og værdi for medarbejdere, klienter, kunder, fællesskaber og aktieindehavere
  • Hjælpe kunder med at fuldføre ordre på hjemmesiden

Lidt om dig

  • Du er flydende i dansk og kendskab til engelsk
  • Du har et stort ønske om at flytte til Portugal
  • Du har gode kommunikationsevner
  • Kundeserviceerfaring er et plus
  • Du formår at holde hovedet koldt og bevare overblikket
  • Som person er du åben og positiv
