Job Description:

  • Planning and Management of wireless networks;
  • Design and implementation of wireless network connectivity projects;
  • MPLS equipment management;
  • Availability of connectivity services;
  • Support remote field operations;
  • Screening and incident resolution;
  • Capacity management;
  • Mitigating vulnerabilities;
  • Engineering support for the operation of wireless networks;
  • Incident screening and resolution on DWDM equipment;
  • Performing IOS upgrades on equipment;
  • Management and optimization of monitoring and orchestration platforms;
  • Propose and implement changes to the connectivity infrastructure to increase its performance, resilience and security;
  • Execute architectural proposals for optimization and increased availability;
  • Design of new communications architectures Alarmistic analysis;
  • Analysis of PVNO performance indicators;
  • Incident analysis and investigation;
  • Analysis of failed units/subscriptions
  • Recovery of failed units (Cancel Location);
  • Interface with mobile operators to resolve incidents
  • Incident Management, RITMs and CHG
