Our client has a strong ability to design, develop and deploy systems and services efficiently in the Defense, Security

(Critical Information Systems and Critical Infrastructure) and Transport markets. Delivers innovative solutions that

enhance its customer's critical systems ́ security, on land, sea, air, space and cyberspace, through a technical team of

excellence. We are hiring a Cybersecurity Bid & Project Manager to join our client ́s team within the cybersecurity

domain.

Paço de Arcos, Portugal

Main Accountabilities:

As a Cybersecurity Bid & Project Manager you will have the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team

on cybersecurity systems integration and implementation.

Some of your accountabilities include:

  • Follow up the operation of an implemented and integrated system;
  • Coordination of technical teams;
  • Control the projects and their implementation;
  • Discuss operational needs together with the customer;
  • Develop project management documentation;
  • Manage risks and priorities of projects, including the financial part of them;
  • Demonstrate the solution to the customer.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree in computer engineering or similar;
  • Experience as a Project Manager or Bid Manager in the ITC domain;
  • Knowhow in Information Security technology, directives and standards;
  • Knowledge of system engineering and project management processes;
  • Experience in project management documentation (Project Management Plan);

  • Good capacity to manage risks and priorities;
  • Capacity to control the project and its execution;
  • Capacity to define and direct the procurement activities;
  • Financial management of the project;
  • Good level of English: speaking, writing, listening;
  • Availability for occasional travel.

Desirable

  • IPMA certification;
  • Knowledge of the Defense and Security functional domain;
  • Information security certifications (NIS, ISO27001, etc.);
  • Previous NATO/EU/National security credentials.
