Reflaunt's mission is to empower brands/retailers to implement a scalable and efficient circular consumption model within their existing activities, growing revenue, driving new customer acquisition and increasing retention.

Reflaunt encompasses a plug-in that allows retailers' customers to resell, donate or recycle their past purchases in a click onto a network of marketplaces across the world.

Reflaunt's circular model built on block-chain addresses the critical issue of sustainability and counterfeit while providing financial benefits to fashion brands and retailers.

The company counts more than 50 employees and has been founded by three entrepreneurs with over 10 years of experience in software, marketplaces, fashion and luxury E-commerce.

Reflaunt has signed companies like Net-a-porter, H&M, Balenciaga, Ganni, Axel Arigato, Harvey Nichols and many others.

Reflaunt connects fashion brands with the 2 nd hand market.

Our API is integrated in the brands' e-commerce and enables their customers to put back on sale their past purchases.

These past purchases are then listed simultaneously on several marketplaces across the world.
Reflaunt brings an amazing supply of luxury pieces to marketplaces with which it is integrated with. Reflaunt already counts more than 27 leading global marketplaces within its network.

We are seeking a driven and analytical Product Manager to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to execution and ongoing optimization, with a focus on delivering exceptional multi channel experiences.

You will work closely with the leadership team.

As product manager, you will be interacting with external stakeholders such as brands, retailers and marketplaces and will be a key binder between the business team and the tech team, at the crossing of all functions of the organisation.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Writing product requirement documentation, acceptance criteria, scenarios, test cases and translating the relevant aspects of these into JIRA.
Supporting the development team to plan and execute deployment and release.
Transform user problems into validated solutions and translate these user/client/internal needs into technical requirements.
Define product vision, roadmap, and user stories that align with business objectives.

Engaging directly with internal and external (client stakeholders) on scoping and delivery, managing execution of the development, manually testing tasks/bugs and providing feedback based on acceptance criteria.

Participate in pitch calls with brands/retailers, identify early concerns and propose product customizations or tech-driven solutions to address these
Manage product development lifecycle, including backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing.
Own the product launch process, ensuring a smooth and successful go-to-market strategy.
Lead the project management aspect of new integrations with marketplaces
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for multichannel product management.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders across multiple areas - Brand Partnerships, Operations, Sales, Product, and Technology - to realise company objectives.

Ruthlessly prioritize, drive stakeholder alignment, proactively manage risks & dependencies
Work closely with software engineers to ensure the technical solutions are well prioritized and delivered on time
Measure impact of initiatives, decide and communicate success or failure, identify key learnings and integrate them in overall user, product & feature understanding
Ability to act as support on technical questions and issues the business team may have.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of experience in product management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field such as Engineering / IT. Other degrees are accepted if the candidate possesses relevant experience.
Strong data analysis skills and experience working with product analytics tools.
Familiarity with Agile development process and ceremonies.

Proven ability to manage a number of competing projects, and to shield a development team in order to enable their focus on key priorities.

Focus on impact and results. You work on the right things and get them done fast.
Experience testing platforms on an API level
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

BONUS POINTS:
Experience and knowledge of JIRA is an advantage.
Experience with Shopify, Mirakl or Channel Advisor is a plus
Experience with APIs and various integration methods (e.g., webhooks, FTP, CSV).
Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
Experience and knowledge of retail/e-commerce/marketplaces integrations.
