Integre uma cadeia de renome no setor da restauração, enquanto Senior Digital Marketing Manager

A sua nova funçãoDefinir a estratégia e desenvolver conteúdos digitais e de redes sociais de forma a construir o posicionamento da marca;
Gerar interesse em plataformas de meios de comunicação próprios – website, apps, redes sociais, que conduzam ao tráfego e vendas;
Assegurar as melhores ativações em todos os pontos de contacto digitais, partindo de uma compreensão profunda do percurso dos consumidores, desenvolvendo diretrizes que garantam a implementação da identidade visual da marca;
Colaborar com agências parceiras;

Gestão do budget:
Desenvolver e gerir budgets digitais, otimizando os recursos para obter o máximo impacto e resultados;
Analisar as métricas de desempenho para melhorar continuamente o ROI, incluindo as taxas de conversão;
Criar uma proposta de valor em canais transacionais próprios – home delivery, app, web;
Colaborar com stakeholders internos e externos;
Supervisionar o desenvolvimento e a gestão do programa de fidelização de clientes (análise de insights de forma a melhorar a eficácia do programa e promover a retenção de clientes e desenvolver comunicação personalizada);

Trabalhar com equipas multifuncionais para impulsionar a otimização do e-commerce, centrando-se na otimização do CRO e na maximização das vendas online (analisar dados, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e implementar estratégias para melhorar a experiência de e-commerce).

O que necessita para ser bem-sucedido Licenciatura em Marketing, Marketing Digital ou áreas semelhantes;
Certificações relevantes em marketing digital e plataformas de gestão de CRM;
Experiência comprovada na definição e implementação de estratégias de marketing digital bem-sucedidas a longo prazo;
Experiência na criação de estratégias de redes sociais e conteúdos digitais (criação de conteúdos impactantes alinhados com o posicionamento da marca);
Conhecimento profundo dos percursos dos consumidores para otimizar os pontos de contacto digitais;
Sólidas competências analíticas, com ênfase em métricas de performance & ROI improvement;
Experiência no desenvolvimento e implementação de programas de fidelização para melhorar a retenção e o envolvimento dos clientes;
Fluente em Inglês (obrigatório) e Espanhol (preferencial).
