Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We are an international automotive supplier offering body solutions that make tomorrow's mobility safe.
With 8,500 employees worldwide, we develop and produce complex metal and hybrid structures for body-in-white and chassis, which make a decisive contribution to the optimum protection of all vehicle occupants in the event of a car accident.
Main Responsabilities:
- Ensure team's management including coaching, training and motivation;
- Supervise the daily operations and compliance to the agreed SLAs and KPI's;
- Ensure good relationships and communication with stakeholders;
- Ensure that KPI's are maintained, achieved and reported in a correct and timely manner;
- Ensure adequate internal controls are in place and in compliance with Global and local accounting and fiscal standards;
- Ensure processes are documented and updated consistently;
- Generate ideas for process improvements with respect to the processes in scope and ensure high quality and efficient work;
- Act as point of contact by building strong relationships with partners, process owners and SSC management team and processes improvement;
- Problem analyses and proposal or assessment of solutions, and respective implementation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics or related areas;
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in the accounting / business area;
Experience in a Shared Service environment is an advantage;
Solid knowledge in accounting area
Implementing automation/digitization in SSC environment;
Complete familiarity with Microsoft Office;
Experience with SAP;
Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting, knowledge in other European language will be considered a plus.
