Your mission in the service management & automation team:
As a ServiceNow
Senior Developer / Architect at Jerónimo Martins, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.
You will leverage your deep expertise in ITSM, CSDM/CMDB, and ITOM modules to provide strategic guidance and deliver effective solutions.
What you ́ll do:
Solution Design:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and design customized ServiceNow solutions;
Technical Expertise:
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSDM/CMDB and ITOM modules, to
architect solutions that address complex challenges.
Architecture and Implementation:
Lead the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability;
Documentation:
Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and system configurations;
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions;
Troubleshooting:
Investigate and resolve technical issues, providing
expert guidance to ensure smooth project delivery.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred;
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Senior Developer and/or Architect with a minimum of 5 years in Senior Developer and/or Architect roles;
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSDM/CMDB, ITOM and Discovery;
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
Ability to work effectively in local and/or hybrid team environment.
