We are looking for a

RDI Support for our

Research, Development and Innovation Department, in

Maia.

Your main responsibilities will be:
**RESPONSABILITIES: **- Management and allocation of the department's cost centers in order to guarantee the correct allocation of costs

• Monitoring the budget of all units, in order to ensure compliance and, when applicable, management of deviations and their reasons
• Performing purchase orders and invoice validations
• Be the link between the purchasing department and sales department, in order to support in the management of purchasing processes
• Support optimization of RDI department projects
• Ensuring administrative tasks regarding funded projects, being responsible for: compliance with dates, documents, submission and validation of projects.

**PROFILE: **- Academic qualifications at higher education level, preferably in management and administrative areas

• Minimum professional experience of 3 years in similar role
• English fluency
• Knowledge of other languages will be a plus
• Domain of MS Office Tools, particulary Excell
• Knowledge in SAP
• Resilient, dynamic and agile in problem solving
• Responsible and organized
