Kelly Services is currently recruiting a
Talent Acquisition Specialist for our client
Convatec(global medical products and technologies company), located in lisbon.
The role of Talent Acquisition partner has been created to support and deliver our talent acquisition services for entry to junior manager roles This role offers great development and the opportunity to support the build of tomorrow's Convatec.
You will report to the Shared Services Talent Acquisition Admin Lead with a dotted line to the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead for Europe, and your primary job location will be working from home, with 1 day/week in our Lisbon office.
You will be part of a strong and dedicated HR community as well as the global talent acquisition team, helping Convatec to build an inclusive culture, finding the best diverse talent for our key vacancies.
Responsabilities:
- Running the recruitment briefing calls for new vacancies;
- Advising on the sourcing strategy to fill new vacancies;
- Advising on shortlisting process, supporting thinking on what will be assessed, by whom and how;
- Allocating roles to the junior talent acquisition team where appropriate;
- Coordinating the selection process from interviews and assessments to feedback;
- Building talent pools for key roles to create pipelines for key future vacancies;
- Ensuring our Convatec brand is lived and breathed at every recruitment touchpoint.
Requirements:
- Experience in talent acquisition full cycle recruitment;
- Strong communication skills;
- A customerfirst mindset to fit with our "forever caring" brand with strong stakeholder management: seeking to understand and adapting to the needs of each;
- Ability to prioritise and navigate a variety and volume of talent acquisition activity;
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and change;
- Proactivity and an "own it" mindset;
- Team player and good collaboration;
- Attention to detail;
- If you have some international experience, either personally or professionally, adapting to different and diverse cultures, this will be an added bonus;
- Good written and spoken English is essential
- If you have other languages including German, French, Italian or Portuguese, this will be an advantage.
Working Conditions
- We support a hybrid working approach with 1 day/week working from our Lisbon office;
- As you will be supporting markets in multiple time zones, some flexibility around working hours will be needed.
