THE ROLE
We are looking for a

#TechTalent to perform duties as a

Test Manager in a large project in the

banking sector. Its main activities are tests strategy, design, execution and closure.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Alert the project regarding any missing document or discrepancies regarding testing documentation;
  • Organise workshops to draft the overall test strategy for the project;
  • Elaborate and prepare the different test levels and types required for the project;
  • Organise users inputs during the test phases;
  • Ensure the development, validation and communication of all test design deliverables of the project, in accordance with the commitments of the team and in compliance with applicable standards;
  • Report the progress of the test design to the project manager and his/her hierarchy;

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in Test activities;
  • Able to manage a portfolio of projects;
  • Able to manage different test teams under his portfolio scope;
  • Good communication skills knowing how to adapt to diferent interlocuters (Sponsors, project managers, test leaders, developpers,);
  • Risk identification and followup;
  • Proficient in written and spoken French;
  • Ambition to exceed own capabilities and evolve;
  • Enjoyment of teamwork;
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills;
  • Proactivity to help solve problems.
