Your Role
Develop concepts and architecture for workflow systems based on the ORCA platform (Java);
System requirements engineering;
System analysis in the area ORCA Workflow, ORCA Statistics Service, ORCA Operational Quality and other ORCA components;
Consultancy and software development mainly in Java 11 and JEE;
Creation of component based system concepts and architectures;
Creation of component requirement specifications;
Design of software components;
Component implementation and test;
Support of the system integration and test until customer acceptance;

Your Profile

Expert knowledge of and practical experience with complex distributed systems;
Expert knowledge of and practical experiencewith real time processing (low latency), high performance throughput and high availability aspects;
Very good knowledge and practical experience with JEE, preferably with Wildfly;
Good knowledge of OCR (Optical Character Regonition) systems;
Outstanding skills in analysis and specification of components and their interfaces;
Capability to work autonomous but also in teams, to communicate technical concepts and solutions;
Programming languages: Java, SQL, JSON, XML
