Role OverviewWe are currently seeking a Guest Operations Intern to focus on ensuring quality standards in the Lisbon market. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for guaranteeing seamless guest experiences, from pre-arrival to post-departure. Your duties include verifying apartment quality, maintaining cleanliness standards, and enhancing guest flow processes. This role is instrumental in delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and upkeeping the standards of our Ukio properties.
Key Responsibilities- Manage guest operations from check-in to check-out, addressing guest needs and concerns efficiently
- Ensure apartments meet cleanliness and quality benchmarks through regular inspections
- Assist in guest check-in procedures, including key management and access instructions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for timely apartment turnovers
- Oversee apartment restocking and cleaning between guest stays
- Supervise check-out processes and report maintenance issues
- Monitor expenditures to ensure efficient guest operations
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (C1 level)
- Keen attention to detail and dedication to high-quality standards
- Organized with an ability to follow processes and provide prompt follow-up
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams
- Previous experience in hospitality or property management is advantageous
