Role Description:
As an Business Manager you will:
- **Market research
and acquisition** of new customers
- **Forge
a strong
, close
, trustworthy
and positive
relationship** with each client
- Understand the
technical and business aspects of each client - Drives account usage and actively
develops opportunities to expand product sales within existing clients (upselling and crossselling) - Evaluate and manage
new initiatives and business opportunities - Manage and solve any conflicts with the client or any problems he may have
- Establish budgets with the client and company
Ideally, your profile looks somewhat like this:
- Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, sales, business management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, account management
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills,
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good Negotiation skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects/accounts as part of your day to day work
- Excellent people skills and intuition about the customers' business needs
- Ability to deal calmly with any customer complaints or problems
- Strategic thinking and problem solving skills
- Be Proactive
- Ability to easily build good relationships with the different players from the Client side
- Have a growth mindset and focus on Continuous Improvement
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory

- Domain knowledge on what it takes to build successful digital products
- Knowledge on what is the state of the art in Digital Technology and its challenges
