POSITION SUMMARY:
Join our dynamic telecommunications company as we expand our Unified Communications (UC) offerings. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager / Technical Product Owner to lead our Core Telephony team.

This role is pivotal in overseeing the development of our state-of-the-art Unified Communications stack, which integrates voice, video, messaging, and collaboration functionalities into a seamless communication solution .

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: Leadership:
Drive the vision and direction of our Unified Communications products, ensuring they meet market needs and are delivered with high quality

Ownership:
Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and customer feedback. Define clear goals and requirements for development teams.

Management:
Lead, mentor, and expand a team of talented software engineers and developers. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Collaboration:
Work closely with other product owners, designers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive product strategies and to align on user experience and technical implementation

Expertise:
Maintain a deep understanding of the technical architecture and the telecommunications landscape. Guide technical discussions and decision-making processes.

Assurance:
Ensure all released features meet stringent quality standards through rigorous testing and validation processes

Metrics:
Evaluate project outcomes and iterate on processes and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Product Owner, or similar role in telecommunications or a related field. technical background in software development and telephony systems, especially Unified Communications technologies. leadership skills with experience in managing and scaling high-performing teams. ability to manage product lifecycles from conception to deployment. communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical details and engage various stakeholders. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
