Brief Call:
Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you


Interviews (the average number of interviews is - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position).

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team:
your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role.

We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you.

Case study:
Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

We look forward to meeting youJob descriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced professional to take on a dual role as Product Owner (PO) and Project Manager (PM) (50/50) with two product teams.

This position requires equal dedication to each team, necessitating strong self-management skills to handle the complex setup effectively.

Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager (PM):

Project Deployment:
Oversee the deployment of an SSO solution across global websites, ensuring it meets the expected value

Project Planning:
Structure the project charter and project plan, execute, monitor, control, and close the project adhering to established Project Management methodologies

Progress Control:
Manage development progress against the project plan, identifying and analyzing risk management issues and devising plans to mitigate risks

Team Coordination:
Lead and coordinate the team without direct authority, emphasizing strong team coordination skills

Technical Knowledge:
Possess technical knowledge of websites and platforms, particularly Drupal CMS

Proactivity:
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills crucial for the role.
As a Product Owner (PO):

Business Scenarios:
Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification, and change management to maximize adoption and value

Documentation:
Analyze, document, and test program development, logic, process flows, and specifications

Functionality Gaps:
Identify gaps in existing functionalities and explore options for improvement and process automation

Security & Compliance:
Ensure security and compliance requirements, including roles associated with business processes, are considered in the solution design

Training Materials:
Document training materials for the product area

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Interact and collaborate with IT vendors and various stakeholders from both IT and business sectors

Issue Resolution:
Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of third-level sustainment

Your Profile:

Educational Background:
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience:
You have proven experience as both a Project Manager and Product Owner, with a strong technical background

Technical Skills:
You possess technical knowledge of websites and platforms, ideally with experience using Drupal CMS

Risk Management:
You have strong skills in identifying and managing risks, as well as devising plans to mitigate them

Problem-solving:
You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and proactivity

Communication:
You have effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Certifications:
Relevant certifications in Project Management or Product Ownership are a plus
