- Realizar processos de admissão e demissão de trabalhadores, incluindo a elaboração de contratos de trabalho e assegurar a gestão contratual, a introdução e atualização de informação relativa ao cadastro de pessoas
- Gerir e encaminhar informação de base para renovações e rescisões de contratos de trabalho;
- Estabelecer contacto com entidades externas, prestando esclarecimentos e assegurando o cumprimento de obrigações legais respeitantes à gestão contratual (Segurança Social, Finanças, FCT, Solicitadores e outras entidades);
- Apoiar a Operação na gestão administrativa das pessoas, disponibilizando informação relativa a gestão contratual ou laboral, e participando na emissão e controlo de folhas de ponto;
- Realizar o processamento de salarial e emissão de recibos para colaboradores/as;
- Estabelecer contacto e assegurar o atendimento dos colaboradores/as para tratamento de temas relacionados com o pagamento de salários;
- Executar mapas mensais relacionados com o processamento salarial;
- Realizar tarefas de natureza administrativa associada à gestão de recursos humanos;
- Contribuir com ideias para melhorar continuamente os processos de Payroll e o desempenho global da empresa.
