O dia-a-dia:

  • Gerir todo o processo de recrutamento, desde o levantamento de necessidades até à negociação da oferta, garantido uma experiência positiva para todas as partes envolvidas;

O perfil ideal:

  • Habilitações literárias ao nível da licenciatura numa área relevante para a função (preferencial);
  • Fluência no idioma inglês (verbal e escrito).
  • Experiência em recrutamento;
  • Forte comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Excelente organização de tarefas e gestão de tempo;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipa e com orientação para cumprimento de objetivos.
