    Liderar e simplificar a interação com o cliente, orquestrando simultaneamente outros recursos internos para apoiar uma atividade de elevado impacto

Promover o portfolio N&I aos HCP garantindo o máximo conhecimento e maximizar a utilização dos produtos nos doentes com indicação para tal

Servir de interface principal "primary point of contact" para o cliente e envolvendo o mesmo num plano Omnichannel em F2F e envolvimento remoto/virtual, bem como a participação das funções médicas de acesso e outras consideradas necessárias

Elevar o nível de interação científica e conhecer as dinâmicas de evolução do mercado com atenção à inteligência competitiva:

Identificar os decisores, os influenciadores e as redes, monitorizar as tendências do mercado e a atividade dos concorrentes

Assegurar a cobertura planeada e a frequência dos contatos, coordenando a nível superior todo o planeamento das atividades com os recursos disponíveis utilizando uma segmentação avançada e uma visão de 360° do perfil do cliente para personalizar o envolvimento

Tirar partido de soluções inovadoras, como a Next Best Action (Sugestões iConnect) e a Next Best Customer, para uma experiência centrada no cliente
