Location:
Faro (airport area)

Work schedule:

Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 (1 hour lunch break)

What we offer:

  • Salary up to 1650 euros gross (fix salary + meal card + performance bonuses)

Your responsibilities:

You are going to be responsible to ensure that our office and operations have everything they need to function, this includes:

  • Deal with suppliers, since logistics, maintenance, office supplies etc;
  • Help management with specific projects, since finding us a new space for our branches or office to find houses for our workers or board members;
  • Assembly furniture in the office (an Ikea Chair or desk for example);
  • Help management with dayaday challenges, this is very vast, but starting with taking a document to our lawyers, until finding the best catering company for a company event.

In short, we're looking for someone who:

  • is VERY organized and tidy;
- is attentive to details;
- is trustworthy, fair, honest, and responsible;
- likes to interact with people;

  • Don ́t have any problem doing nonspecialized jobs, like changing lamps or assembling a chair.
