• Legal Consultation: Offer legal advice on urban planning, zoning, land use, and development to various stakeholders.
• Due Diligence: Analyze development projects to identify legal risks and opportunities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects comply with laws and regulations.
• Negotiation and Mediation: Resolve conflicts with regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
• Litigation Support: Represent clients in legal proceedings related to urbanism laws.
• Policy Advocacy: Advocate for sustainable development strategies in urban communities.

Requirements:

• Law degree from a Portuguese University and active membership in the Portuguese bar association.
• Specialization in urban planning law, environmental law, or real estate development.
• Experience in urbanism, land use, or municipal law.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills.
