Skilled Factory Worker

Appletree Surfboards is growing fast and we produce our specialised surfboards, foil boards and wave kiteboards in our own factory based in Silveira (near Santa Cruz, Torres Vedras).
Various tasks need completing in the manufacture of our boards to include CNC-work, shaping, sanding, glassing, drilling, spraypainting, and working with resins, helping the team where needed.
We're looking for hard-workers with a 'can do' attitude, able to follow instructions but also open to discussing solutions to tackle new initiatives.
The work would suit someone that has worked long term in a manual environment. We look for consistency and a high-quality standard of work for all our bulk and custom orders. Selected workers will receive full training and we provide all essential protective equipment where applicable.
We operate in a flexible and friendly factory environment and we expect our staff to work hard but also to feel comfortable and enjoy their time with us.
Skills and requirements:
Experience in manual work (essential) Able to travel to Silveira (essential) Fluent English (essential) Portuguese (desirable) Own transport (desirable)
Characteristics:
humble, good attention to detail, motivated, creative, and hard-working, team-player.
Salary: 780.00€ € per month
