Job Description

Main activities:

  • Carry out customer technical assistance and support
  • Create L2 knowledge base to formalize support procedures
  • Train L1 members and new processes identified at L2 level
  • Make the bridge with L3 support (Technical Lead and Business Analysts)
  • Analyse functional alerts escalated by Monitoring & ServiceNow
  • Provide status to endclients (Corporate) and participate in Monthly status organized by L1

Main responsibilities:

  • Monitor Production and Acceptance
  • Monitor technical environments and networks
  • Escalate alerts
  • Ensure system availability and backups
  • Analyse risks and impacts of changes
  • Define operating procedures
  • Communicate incident reports
  • Maintenance of business and technical components
  • Pilot the external partners
  • Manage and optimize the IS
  • Develop production tools
  • This position has alternate shift hours between 6 am and 7pm PT
Qualifications
