Join our team as a
Quality Assurance Analyst (Hybrid - Lisbon)

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality;
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design comprehensive testing strategies;
  • Use Jira for bug tracking, issue resolution, and project management;
  • Document test results and maintain test documentation in Confluence;
  • Utilize Xray for test management within Jira, including test case creation, execution, and reporting;
  • Perform functional, regression, and performance testing;
  • Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution;
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives;
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and team efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role;
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Xray for test and project management;
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices;
  • Experience with functional, regression, and performance testing;
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, Agile environment;
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, both oral and written.
