Kelly Services, through its Finance department, is recruiting a
Senior Manager Accounts Receivable for a prestigious client located in Lisbon.


DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

You will be responsible for the accurate, timely preparation of monthly franchisee statements.

For this, you will coordinate all related processes such as complete invoicing, system parameterization,etc., and will be responsible for the further development of our internal control system


You ensure regular payment flows by monitoring incoming payments, maintaining a consistent dunningsystem, management of overdue items and coordinating the release processes for outgoing payments.

You take care of the compliance with tax requirements, e.g. regarding sales tax and withholding tax


You lead a team of 4 (2 in Lisbon/2 internationally) and act with them as a sparring partner at eye level.

cations

COME AS YOU ARE:


You have profound professional experience in the finance area (especially accounts receivable) and already gained experience in team management, ideally in distributed teams.

You enjoy working with numbers, data and facts. You are characterized by a structured andindependent way of working.


You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

You have very good knowledge regarding the common MS-Office tools, especially Excel and of ERPsystems, ideally SAP.

You are an organization and coordination talent and communicate fluently in English, German is a plus.
