Systems Analyst (M/F):

ÁREA/DEPARTAMENTO

AS SUAS PRINCIPAIS TAREFAS:

  • Negociar as condições com fornecedores de produtos e serviços, a fim de alcançar as melhores condições de negócio para o Grupo.
  • Pesquisar, analisar e consultar novos produtos, serviços e respetivos fornecedores, tendo em vista uma melhoria permanente dos vários serviços;
  • Elaboração de relatórios e ficheiros contendo informações contratuais dos fornecedores;
  • Contacto direto com fornecedores a fim de gerir o acompanhamento da relação comercial definir ou redefinir estratégias, conhecer eventuais novos produtos, tratar possíveis divergências, etc.
  • Esclarecer e apoiar a Operação sobre os produtos e serviços contratados;
  • Elaborar análises comparativas de preços e demais condições contratuais, bem como, sobre a respetiva qualidade dos produtos/serviço, a fim de fundamentar tomadas de decisão;

QUEM PROCURAMOS?

  • Formação académica ao nível da Licenciatura (Gestão, Gestão Hoteleira ou equiparadas)
  • No mínimo 2 anos de experiência prévia em função similar na área de Compras, preferencialmente, no sector hoteleiro e/ou na área operacional hoteleira e/ou nos sectores food and beverage.
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e negociação
  • Fluência em inglês (obrigatória)
  • Conhecimentos de Francês/ Espanhol / Alemão (valorizados)
  • Conhecimentos de Informática na Ótica do Utilizador: Word, Excel (Avançado) PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, SAP (Ótica do Utilizador)
  • Conhecimentos de Gestão e Análise Financeira/Análise Estatística (valorizados)
