YOUR POSITION AND YOUR LIFE AT HENNER Our Health Department is looking for its future 'Medical Coordinator' on a permanent contract.
Your position is a permanent contract and you benefit from all the social advantages granted to our teams:free healthcare insurance for you and your family, annual variable bonus if you achieve your objectives, quaterly bonus, lunch vouchers of 8 euros per day worked, monthly transportation allowance of 35 euros and medical teleconsultation.

The health department supports our companies and policyholders when a medical event occurs.This department is composed of medical experts (dentists, doctors, nurses) as well as assistants and administrative coordinators responsible for reviewing specific health records.
You will join a dynamic team in our offices in Lisbon.You will be the privileged contact for our policyholders, clients, and healthcare providers:
Take charge of coordinating the care journey for our expatriate policyholders with serious and/or chronic conditions (regular contacts with our policyholders and healthcare providers).
Process medical files for our various activities (Management of prior authorizations, membership requests, sick leave, and disability claims) in the France and/or international scope based on priorities and urgency.
Organize the medical prevention services subscribed by our clients (Health check-ups, prevention campaigns, etc.). Implement and coordinate cost control actions. Provide regular reporting on the activities within your scope. By joining our teams, you will benefit from training at our office, complete support for our professions and tools. Your job is not routine; you hold a position with great versatility and growth prospects.If you are not familiar with insurance or management roles, our internal training team will be there to support you from the start.
