Kitting Coordinator

Job Overview

We are now seeking a full-time
Kitting Coordinator to oversee our Montijo Kitting operation and a team of 11 people.

This position requires strong leadership skills, good analytical and critical thinking, the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work and communicate effectively.

Main Goals

Coordinate and own the Kitting Process and engage, develop, and coach the Team, to ensure our Sellable Units are fulfilled and packed appropriately, on time and our kencko-ers are motivated to work while achieving our productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daytoday management of operations in the kitting area;
• Analyze data and KPIs to monitor the daily performance of the team;
• Proactively plan and implement changes on the kitting floor to accommodate company growth;
• Identify, implement, and document best practices to drive efficiencies;
• Coordinate with the Fulfillment Manager and collaborate with other teams to implement new procedures and launches;
• Ensure the team is trained and prepared to implement new procedures;
• Oversee and manage team schedules and ensure we always have appropriately allocated resources to deliver the production plan;
• Oversee and manage Shift Leaders, provide ongoing feedback, and complete Bamboo assessments.
• Ensure that the kitting operation follows HACCP quality standards
• Embody and promote a healthy working culture that is true to kencko's values, fostering a sense of teamwork and collaboration

Experience You Bring

• 3+ years of team management in the retail or hospitality/food industry
• Good level of Google Sheets and Docs
• Eager and fast learner
• Ability to laugh at yourself and the small daytoday things
• Excellent level of spoken and written English
• Fluent in Portuguese
• Ability to work in our Montijo office, 5 days a week
