About the Copywriter position:


We are looking for a creative Copywriter to join our Marketing team and help us craft compelling copy for effective communication.

We strive to captivate our audience and convey our brand message and the message of each project in an engaging manner.

As a Copywriter, your mission is to create persuasive content that boosts brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.

You'll help shape the storytelling of exciting innovation projects developed with well known brands, connect with the target audience, and leave a lasting impression.

What you will do:


As a Copywriter, you will be producing content for our innovation programs, our brand and institutional efforts and also internal projects.

Your words will inform, engage and inspire target audiences.

Here's a list of this role's responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand the company's brand and messaging, and create copy that aligns with the brand
  • Work closely with innovation project teams to create communication guidelines (naming, branding, editorial premises, tone of voice, etc.) and a fluent, coherent storytelling for each project
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as product and sales, to create cohesive marketing materials
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in marketing copywriting
  • Conduct market and customer research to understand the target audience and create relevant and engaging copy
  • Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Bring new ideas and propose new solutions to the team related with the brand and projects goals
  • Measure and report on the success of marketing materials and make adjustments as needed
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the company's marketing copywriting process
Who you are

  • Extensive experience as a copywriter across multiple mediums, including Video Scripts, Social Posts, Blogs, Website Copy, Digital Ads, etc.
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills, and incredible attention to detail;
  • Proficiency with common word processing software;
  • Solid understanding of SEO concepts;
  • Capable of understanding the nuances of our customer segments/channels and adjust the content or story as needed to maximise relevancy and connection;
  • Research skills, coupled with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, relatable copy;
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally with several other teams and departments to provide compelling messaging for our projects and clients and ensure timely delivery of creative assets;
  • Collaborative spirit;
  • Excellent timemanagement and organisational skills;
  • Fluent in English.
