Price Data Agent Trainee

As a Price Data Agent Trainee, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and monitoring Procurement pricing master data as well as all global contract and rebate settlements in SAP.

You will also take part in solving price discrepancies and other automatic Purchase Order errors.

In your new role, you will:

  • Manage
    material and contracts master data maintenance in SAP;
-
Communicate with local purchasing organizations and their
suppliers for the resolution of operational issues;

  • Provide accurate information and
    support the initiators on clarifications required, such as audits and quality assessments;
-
Setting up and maintaining procurement pricing master data (Info Record & Source List) and contracts in SAP S4;
-
Ensure routine checking on daily automatic purchase order activities **, monitor the on-time delivery of contract renewal and recording of related activity data;
-
Ensure quality and effectiveness of the processes and secure compliance;
-
Ensure alignment with Infineon Purchasing Processes, Guidelines, and working Instructions .

You have excellent communication skills, that allow you to quickly establish successful cooperation within the team and with others. You have great analytical skills that support your attention to detail and focus on delivery.

You are best equipped for this task if you:

  • Have a
    degree in management, finance, economics, accounting , or a related field;
  • Have experience with
    Microsoft Office tools , especially Excel;
  • Have good
    communication skills ;
  • Have excellent
    analytical skills and
    strong attention to detail ;

Knowledge of supply chain and purchasing principles and concepts would be a strong advantage;

  • Are
    fluent in English (mandatory).
