Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily Standup meetings for teams. Help the team make progress by ensuring each member is working on the right priorities. Proactively identifying recurring delivery problems, leading conversations on them with the team, removing barriers, protecting the team from distractions.
  • Coordinate dependencies (eg. tasks expected from other teams, proofofconcepts) to be ready in time for your team.
  • Coach team members on Agile framework and practices, reminding members to team agreements, if it is needed.
  • Ensure all teams have clear guidelines / User stories & that test plans are in place. Monitor execution, communicate, and coordinate across teams and team members.
  • Collaborate with product owners and other business partners to understand, refine and prioritize requirements that drive innovative cloud native B2B SaaS solution architecture, technology, and tools. Be the main point of contact for external communications.

Qualifications

  • You are a Certified Scrum Master with excellent knowledge of the Scrum framework, artifacts and techniques.
  • 5+ years of project management / Scrum master experience, preferably in the Payments, Financial or HCM area.
  • Bachelor's in computer science preferred, Business or related technical field or equivalent work experience is bug plus.
  • Proactive personality with high energy level, who constantly seeks out better ways and enjoy learning and adapting quickly to arrive to a solution by experimenting and using new techniques and tools.
