We transform fresh, organic fruits and veggies into handy single-serving meal moments such as instant smoothies and delicious ready-to-eat gum drops.

-the Retail Service & Warehouse Manager expected to attend in -person meetings in Cabra Figa about 3 times a month

Job Overview and Main Goals


As a member of the product supply team, you will be responsible for stock management at our 3PL in the US as well as for the customer service of our retail customers.

You will ensure that our retail initiatives run smoothly, that our stock at the 3PL is always accurate and that we are reducing costs in this area as much as possible.

You will be part of a team of three and report to the Product Supply Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze stock levels at our 3PL, identify discrepancies and correct them
  • Supervise operations at our 3PL against contract and raise and manage claims whenever necessary
  • Monitor BBD and stock rotation at our 3PL, and ensure the necessary followups
  • Oversee 3PL invoice validation and dispute management
  • Manage customer orders by ensuring order fulfillment, handling discrepancies and resolving disputes
  • Manage retailer initiatives by coordinating everything among our customers, 3PL and internal kencko teams
  • Manage all logistics penalties set by retailers
  • Ensure all processes are properly documented in our collaborative workspace (Notion)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preferable minimum 3 years of experience in stocks management and retail customer service
  • Experience in working with or at a 3PLs
  • Experience in working with or at a retailer and/or CPG company
  • Very strong analytical skills
  • Action and detail oriented
  • Preferred experience in Netsuite or another ERP
  • Good knowledge Excel/Google sheets
  • Comfortable working in an evolving and dynamic environment
  • Ability to laugh at yourself and at the small day to day things
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English

Nice-to-Have's:

  • Fluent in Portuguese
