Wij zoeken een Nederlandstalige Digital Marketing Optimizer Senior

Wil jij je expertise inzetten voor het optimaliseren van advertentiecampagnes? Als Marketing Optimization Specialist maak je deel uit van een internationaal team en werk je nauw samen met Account Leads om de resultaten van Premium-klanten te verbeteren. Deze functie vereist veel technische vaardigheden, waarbij marktkennis en het vermogen om grote hoeveelheden gegevens te verzamelen, analyseren en manipuleren van groot belang zijn.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Implementeer optimalisatieoplossingen: bouw campagnes voor waardevolle advertentieklanten;
- Creëer trefwoordenpakketten, biedingen en budgetvoorstellen;
- Verzamel en analyseer gegevens op zowel account
- als campagneniveau;
- Maak rapporten ter ondersteuning van de optimalisatiestrategieën;
- Pas optimalisatietechnieken toe die zijn afgestemd op de doelen van klanten op het gebied van zoekopdrachten, zoeknetwerk (GSN), mobiel en video;
- Identificeer kansen in een account om verkoopmogelijkheden te benutten en gesprekken met klanten te stimuleren;
- Behoud een grondig begrip van de processen en beleidsregels van de afdeling;
- Toon innovatie en intuïtie bij het identificeren van gebieden die operationele aanpassing of verbetering vereisen.

Vereisten
- Sterk analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail;
- Sterke werkethiek, zowel zelfstandig als binnen een teamgerichte omgeving;
- Technologisch onderlegd;
- Het vermogen om grote hoeveelheden product-, proces
- en beleidsinformatie te leren, onthouden en toepassen;
- Kennis van Excel;
- Kennis van DM-tools.

Wij bieden
- Hybride werkschema (kantoor in Anjos, maandag t/m vrijdag);
- Salaris van euro + taalbonus (NO+DA 3240€, NL 2460€);
- Jaarlijkse prestatiebonus: 5% van het jaarsalaris;
- Werktijden: 9.00 uur uur, maandag t/m vrijdag;
- Alleen sollicitaties met ervaring in advertenties (Google, Facebook, TikTok of andere digitale marketing) worden overwogen;
- Minimaal gevorderde vaardigheden in Excel vereist;
- 1 uur lunchpauze en andere kleine pauzes gepland met het team;
- Werk in teams, variërend van 2 tot 100 personen;
- Leeftijd: 25-45 jaar;
- Volledig betaalde training van 6-8 weken
