About the Role:

  • Mentor and lead the team to enhance their knowledge in the IAM domain.
  • Design IAM strategies and roadmap that prioritize security, industry best practices, and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate IAM solutions into the overall architecture while ensuring optimal application security levels.
  • Design, implement, and oversee IAM systems and solutions, including single sign-on, identity federation, and enterprise directory architecture.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to IAM policies, procedures, and configurations.
  • Lead the deployment and upkeep of IAM systems, ensuring continuous monitoring and strengthening of security measures.
  • Define and enforce IAM policies and procedures to maintain compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Develop reference approaches, define guidelines and best practices, and offer guidance to stakeholders and team members.
  • Stay updated on IAM technologies, best practices, and emerging trends to devise adoption strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an IAM Architect.
  • In-depth understanding of IAM architectures, identity lifecycle management, access control, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • Familiarity with Red Hat SSO/Keycloak is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud identity services (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM).
  • Knowledge of authorization and authentication concepts such as OAuth, OIDC, SAML, XACML, LDAP, ABAC, RBAC.
  • Understanding of containerization concepts and technologies like Docker and Kubernetes/Openshift.
  • Proficiency in DevSecOps practices and tools.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc).
  • Ability to adapt to various contexts and engage with different stakeholders.
  • Openness to implementing innovative ideas, whether your own or from others.
  • Strong teamwork skills combined with a sense of autonomy.
  • Driven by international projects and willingness to travel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
